About the Ledges Property Owners' Association
The LPOA was formed by interested property owners and residents in early 1968 and was officially chartered as a not-for-profit organization in May of that year.
Our Mission: To promote and protect the interests of The Ledges Community.
New Neighbors
Are there new neighbors on your street? Let us know so we can welcome them to the Ledges with the LPOA New Neighbor Welcome Pak. The Pak consists of useful information; an LPOA directory, Roscoe directory, Roscoe map and coupons from local businesses. We will also add them to our mailing list so that they will get fliers on all fun LPOA events. Help us to welcome new neighbors. Just call any board member.The Directory
The Ledges Directory lists your neighbors and their children at home. The information is derived from the membership slips you send us with your annual dues. If your listing or your neighbor's listing needs updating, let us know. Information received by January 1st will be included in the next directory. The directory will be out in January.Would you like to see a local business directory, list of area baby-sitters, lawn care, pet sitters? Let us know how we can make the directory more useful to you.

The LPOA is always looking for new ideas for events. If you have an event you would like us to sponsor, or would like to serve on a volunteer committee, please give any board member a call or come to an open meeting.LPOA Meetings

Your contribution allows the LPOA to purchase and maintain the Ledges signs at the entrances to the Ledges. Thank you for your support.Pets
Winnebago County laws apply to all of the Ledges. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and registration. Four dogs are allowed per household. Cats also require county registration and vaccinations. Tags with your name and phone number will make it easier for your neighbors to identify and return your pet if it becomes lost or strays. As a natural habitat the Ledges is home to many forms of wildlife such as deer, raccoons, skunks, fox, even coyotes and bobcats! Wild animals may pose a danger to small pets left alone outside.
